Restorative Yoga in Bournemouth & Online – Deep Rest for Mind, Body & Spirit

Restorative yoga is a deeply calming, meditative practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and whole-body healing. This gentle form of yoga focuses on long-held, supported postures using props to fully relax the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner stillness.

Through breathwork, interoception (inner awareness), and mindfulness, restorative yoga helps release physical tension and emotional stress. As your body enters a state of deep rest, your mind can let go, allowing healing to unfold naturally.

This beautiful practice is known to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Improve sleep and mood

  • Ease chronic pain

  • Enhance emotional wellbeing

  • Support deep relaxation and recovery

Each 2-hour session also includes a full Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), offering you time to truly reset. Please wear warm, comfortable layers and bring a blanket and bolster or large pillow—extras can be provided on request.

Perfect for all levels, especially those navigating burnout, chronic fatigue, or anxiety.

These classes run monthly and are £12 for a 2 hour session.
